My method combines my personal experience As a parent of an addicted son and with professional courses As a family counselor/coach in addiction medicine. I understand the deep complexity of family problems caused by addiction and offer a holistic approach that addresses the core of these challenges. With a blend of emotional support, communication training and practical strategies, I help families grow together and make long-term changes.
Through my personal journey, I know that involving parents and partners is an important part of the recovery process, and this is at the heart of my approach.
In addition to individual counseling, I offer several programs, each focused on specific needs. The "Code Red P.O.W.E.R. Program" and the "Code Red Let It Begin With Me Program" focus on restoring family relationships together after addiction. Choose the program that best fits your situation.

I am an expert by experience. I have a son and an ex-partner who have addiction issues. In the process, I am professionally trained within addiction medicine and family counseling.
Because I know better than anyone else what family members or friends go through, I know that the situation can be quite complicated and painful. Families find themselves in a survival mode during and often after the period of addiction, where trust, communication and interpersonal relationships are severely disrupted.
